Unique design with Brilliant MT8080
A three-axis dynamic focusing system was designed by using the fron focusing optical design and the galnometer. Compared with the post-focusing mode, the light spot output by the laser is focused through the dynamic focusing mirror. According to the distance between the workpiece plane and the focusing mirror, the sfotware algorithm is used to change the focal length of the focusing mirroso as to ensure that all the focused light spots converge to the working plane. This optical design method, marking read up to 1500mm/s , compared with the market after focusing marking machine, the speed of nearly 40-50%
